관리번호 발신번호 표기 신청 링크 생성

최종이용자에게 전달할 링크를 만듭니다. 최종이용자가 관리번호를 발급받을 때와 같은 사람으로 본인인증을 마치면 통신가입증명원을 내고, 심사가 끝나면 그 명의의 표기로 등록됩니다.

관리번호 하나에 제출 전 링크는 하나만 있을 수 있습니다. 관리번호가 아니면 404 입니다.
